John Stein Email: [email protected] John has a Computer Science degree from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA. He is currently in his 17th year with United Parcel Service. Working in the Industrial Engineering function, he has also acquired many engineering skills related to process design and optimization. For the last 11 years, John has been involved with corporate-level system design, development and deployment for a variety of PC and embedded systems. For the last 3 years, John has worked on corporate-wide Intranet applications. |

John has instructed numerous computer-related training sessions over the past 11 years. Recently, he was an instructor at the ASP Developer's Conference held in Atlanta, GA. John has developed and deployed applications using the following technologies: Windows NT, Windows 95/98, Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, Microsoft Active Server Pages, VBScript, JavaScript, Perl, Microsoft SQLServer, Microsoft Access, HTML, Dynamic HTML (DHTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), ODBC (database connectivity), OLEDB (database connectivity), and SQL (structured query language). |

Channel Sanderson Email: [email protected] Channel has an Information Systems Management degree from the University of Maryland. He has worked for companies ranging from Harley Davidson in York to Aydin Corp in Turkey where he was the IT manager. As an IT manager, he has extensive knowledge of networks, common office and production software, and internet/intranet protocols. He also regularly provided technical training to the staff of Aydin. |

Channel founded the International Computer Users Group in Ankara Turkey. For 2 years, he also served as president of the club. He was frequently called upon to deliver training and demonstrations for clubs 40 members. Channel continues to be involved in business activities overseas through a partnership with a Turkish company for which he provides consulting and marketing services. Channel has been involved in several interesting projects recently. He worked with the U.S. Embassy in Turkey to design and plan a new network that would provide fast Internet (ADSL) access to the 24 U.S. owned apartment buildings in Ankara and an E1 connection to the USA for the Embassy its self. He also worked with a local ISP to arrange the necessary services and helped them to set up their servers. Since returning to America, Channel has started Delta Consulting where he offers Internet business consulting services. His services range from Web design to Internet marketing to network and systems planning. He has also been honored with the opportunity to speak to a gathering of the Hanover Lion's club where he is a proud new member. |
